The Jacobs Levy Center at Wharton held its 2022 Frontiers in Quantitative Finance Conference on Friday, September 16 at the New York Marriott Marquis.
The event included a ceremony to award the 2021 Wharton-Jacobs Levy Prize for Quantitative Financial Innovation to Professors Narasimhan Jegadeesh and Sheridan Titman. The prize recognized their research on momentum investing from their paper “Returns to Buying Winners and Selling Losers: Implications for Stock Market Efficiency” (Journal of Finance, 1993).
The program also included a special interview with Professor Jeremy Siegel, paper presentations, a panel discussion, and recognition of recent winners of the Jacobs Levy Center Research Paper Prizes.
